By submitting this registration, I certify that the information I provided is true and accurate. I freely consent to the tournament organizer collecting, using, storing, and processing my personal information and payment details for registration verification, tournament communication, QR-code generation, attendance, scoring, leaderboards, awards, and event administration. My information will be accessible only to authorized personnel and service providers, protected using reasonable security measures, and retained only as long as necessary for these purposes and applicable legal requirements. I understand that my name, player class, and tournament scores may appear in official leaderboards and results. I may request access, correction, objection, withdrawal of consent where applicable, or deletion or blocking of my information by contacting the tournament organizer or system administrator, subject to the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
